I personally like to hand wash my vehicles and this sponge is exactly what I needed to get the job done. Doesn’t scratch the paint nor leaves any marks. Makes it super easy to get everything off and definitely makes a huge difference.Have been washing my own car since 1970, by far this is the best sponge I have ever used. Love the "scrubber side" for removing bug residue. Worth every penny.This is a great sponge and cleans very well on all surfaces of my truck.I'm writing this review after 4 months of regular use (at least one wash per week). This is a pretty decent sponge in terms of cleaning effect and ease of use, but I'm afraid I can't say the same in terms of durability. The soft microfiber side of the sponge is pretty useful in cleaning the car body (painted parts), while the deep mesh scrubber side is effective in getting off that road grime and tougher stains. The soft side is easy to clean during use and doesn't seem to trap bigger mud particles that can scratch the paint. The mesh side though can get damaged if used on a new tire because of those small rubber hairs that you find on the tires (called Vent spews, if I'm not wrong) - so be careful if you are planning to use the mesh side on the tire (rather use a separate brush).The contour of the sponge though was retained for couple of months (about 10 washes), then it started to kind of break down inside (I'm guessing). This could also be because I used to wash the sponge in a washing machine along with other microfiber clothes that i used to use for cleaning the car - so maybe take care not to wash it in a washing machine.All in all, this is a good product with real nice materials and stitch quality, although I can only comment on the durability after I use my second piece of this taking care not to repeat the same mistakes I did in the past - Yes, I'm buying this again, just for the reason that the material is really good for cleaning the car with less visible scratches (if there are any) and the ease of cleaning the product itself. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a decent sponge for regular cleaning of the car.One of the surfaces has a meshy layer to remove dirt by rubbing. The other surface has a smooth fur coated layer that is ideal for applying wax.It will make the cleaning process enjoyable and easy!!!Purchased this in Early 2019. After one year it has started to grow old. For 300rs this is something extremely good and value for money.The blue side can be used on windows and the netted side can be used on the body.Easy to squeeze and dry. It does not leave any soap or water marks and creates good lather on the body.Note: Finish on the car depends on the individual. The review I am writing post my experience of 1 year.I have been using this for little more than a month. Earlier I used to wash using a sponge block collected form an aircraft parts pack. That was of course much softer and worked well for me.This Sponge bar is OK, nothing to complain about and nothing to get exited as well. Though I could not get much usage of the soft velvet side. Rather comparatively rough nylon surface is more useful.In summary, its serves its duty well. So If you need somthing simple to clean your car body using car shampoo, go for itI liked the design of this sponge with an outer cover, microfiber on one side with a netted material on the other side. I bought it to wash my motorcycle. Unfortunately the outer cover tore during the very 1st wash, when the cover got stuck in a spring. It's been 3 months now & I continue to use it. It does a good job. But the outer cover continues to come apart.
